Accommodation
We aim to provide accommodation that is appropriate to your pet and as such, we have a range of options on offer. Outdoors, we offer hutches in a secure enclosure, sheltered from the wind, rain and direct sunlight. Each hutch is 4ft long, 1.5ft deep and 1.5ft high, giving your pet room to hop about in and stretch up. These hutches are most suitable for one small rabbit, or for two guinea pigs sharing.

We also offer double hutches which are most suited to two rabbits sharing, but for a small fee can also be used by solo rabbits or a large group of guinea pigs (as guinea pigs aren't always great with ramps, we adjust the incline so that they can get up and down more easily). Where possible, these hutches can have a run attached so your pet has full access to the lawn.
Indoors, we have a dedicated pet room that consists of varying hutches and cages, from the smallest indoor hutch of 4ft wide to a 6ft double wooden hutch. We will always aim to house your pet in the largest available accommodation, but as a rule the double hutches are reserved for two rabbits sharing. Again, these hutches can be used for solo rabbits or for guinea pigs for a small extra daily fee.
All indoor and outdoor rabbits and guinea pigs are offered daily exercise on our lawn in a secure run or in our kitchen diner if the weather is inclement.

We provide a food bowl and water bottle, a variety of bedding including wood shavings, aubiose and fleece blankets, unlimited hay and fresh fruit and vegetables depending on your pet's normal dietary requirements. We do ask that you bring along their usual dry food so that we don't have any upset tummies, and we ask that you leave their carrier with them so that they can be moved easily from their hutch to the garden or in the worst case scenario, to the vet.
For rats, degus and chinchillas, we have one large, tall cage offering plenty of space to play and climb in. This does have quite wide gaps between the bars so is most suitable for chinchillas or male rats, but we also have a further low level cage with narrow bars for female rats or degus. The cages are filled with ladders, hammocks, boxes, and homemade climbing toys- all sorts to keep them busy. We provide all bedding material and litter (we have a range of options including Aubiose and Bio-catolet), food bowl, water bottle, and any fresh fruit and vegetables, but do please bring along their usual dry food.

We offer free run of our kitchen diner or inside a pop up run daily if required and only if your pet is happy to do so.
Dependent on size of cage, we may be able to accommodate indoor cages from home for your pet rabbit, guinea pig, rats, degus or chinchillas so do please ask.
We provide a dedicated area for smaller rodents including hamsters, gerbils and mice, but ask that you bring them in their own cage with all of their usual paraphernalia including food.
Please feel free to provide any toys or bedding, sand, litter tray and grooming brush that your pet may require during its stay, but we can't make any promises that they will still be intact by the time you return; rodents, of course, love to chew! We sterilise all food bowls and water bottles between every stay, but if you would prefer to bring your own, that's okay too.
For all of our rodents, we provide homemade, cardboard boredom busters unless you tell us otherwise, and in the summer months, we grow our own fruit and vegetables so your pet can have fresh produce straight from the garden. For a small cost you are able to purchase a toy and treat bundle especially for your furry friend; all treats are based on natural, healthy foods with limited sugar and fat content.
